The following business will be considered at the AGM.
- Welcome and opening of the meeting
- Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
- Presentation of the Committee's report on the Association's activities during the preceding financial year
- Consideration of annual membership subscription and joining fees
- Presentation and consideration of the Association's financial statements
- Election of office bearers and ordinary Committee members
- Any special business notified in accordance with the Association's Rules
- Close of meeting
